Home/Services/Search engine optimization
SEO on the pages you actually sell.
Local and technical search for San Diego service businesses — same offer URL as the ad. You keep Search Console.
The job in this city gets its own URL. A ranked query and a paid click can land on it. This Coastly site is the stack we ship.
Bring Search Console if it exists.
/hvac-repair · /new-patient · /invisalign — example paths, not a homepage paragraph.
If Search Console shows demand and the click still dies on the homepage, this is the work.
Fit is a leftover theme, some impressions, and a property you will share. Clinics, trades, hospitality, professional services — the pattern is the same. See San Diego trades, San Diego clinics, and the studio.
It is not a content mill. Not a holding-company deck. Not rankings we invent, or a Map Pack we guarantee. If the login stays locked, we cannot do the work.
We will not scale city doorways, stuff keywords, or buy links. Search is the page plan — not a 50-page blog.
The rule
The ad, the query, and the page say the same thing.
One offer, one URL. Google Business Profile names that job. Area pages only where you actually serve San Diego.
You keep
- Domain. Stays in your name.
- Search Console. We work there. We do not hold it.
- GA4. The property stays yours.
We will not invent rankings, hold logins, keep a retainer to fill a calendar, or claim a service area the pages cannot defend.
Technical health, then the query has somewhere to land.
Technical first
Indexation, speed, structure, Core Web Vitals on the pages we ship. SEO on a leftover theme that leaks events is wasted work.
A page plan, not a blog
Services you sell and areas you actually serve, each on their own URL. HVAC repair, a new-patient visit, Invisalign — not forty posts nobody asked for.
Profile and page name the same job
Google Business Profile, the service URL, and (only if served) the area URL. Maps should not show one offer while the homepage shows another.
Search Console is the map
We sit in your property and send the query to a URL that can convert. Organic and ads can share it. You keep the login.
Rebuilds keep the paths
WordPress to Next.js with 301s so indexed URLs stay intact. We do not throw away rankings to ship a new look.
SEO needs a site that can take the click. Paid can sit on the same URL while organic catches up. Reporting shows which channel paid. How the engagement runs is Discover, Position, Build, then Grow — 30 minutes to start, live site and Search Console on the table. Based in San Diego, California.
Before the first call
Is a leftover theme enough, or do we need a rebuild?
If the theme cannot take a ranked query onto a URL that converts, the typical path is a Next.js rebuild with redirects. We read Search Console and the live site before we recommend that. SEO on a leftover theme that leaks indexation and events is wasted work.
Can we keep the URLs that already rank?
Yes. Indexed paths stay intact. A WordPress to Next.js rebuild uses 301s so we do not throw away rankings to ship a new look.
How should Google Business Profile relate to the site?
The profile, the service page, and (only if you serve it) the area page name the same job in San Diego. A search should not show one offer on Maps and another on the homepage.
Do we need a blog, or offer pages?
Offer pages. A 50-page blog does not replace a URL for HVAC repair, a new-patient visit, or Invisalign. Content is mapped to real search demand in Search Console — not a content mill.
Do you work with operators outside San Diego?
We are based in San Diego. Most of the work is local clinics, trades, hospitality, and professional services. Remote clients who want a small senior team — and who will share Search Console — are fine.
How long before something ships?
The first conversation is 30 minutes. Bring the live site and Search Console when it exists. After that we follow Discover, Position, Build, then Grow — timing depends on the page plan, not a canned week count.
Ready for SEO on the URLs you sell?
Bring Search Console if it exists. First conversation is 30 minutes. You keep the property either way.
