Home/Services/Paid search and social
Paid media that lands on a page that can convert.
Google and Meta campaigns for San Diego local services. The ad names the job; the page finishes it. You keep the ads account.
Clicks go to a dedicated lander, not a generic homepage. If the site cannot take the click, paid is the wrong first lane.
Bring the ads account if it exists.
/emergency-ac-repair — method path, not a case study.
You keep
The ads account stays in your name.
Ads account
In your name. We work there.
GA4 + events
Which channel paid — not a ROAS theater.
The lander
Domain stays yours.
We will not keep spend to justify a retainer, hide the account, or promise a cost-per-lead. Reporting on the hub is GA4, ads, and site events.
Buy the visit you actually sell.
Campaigns around the jobs you sell
Emergency AC, a new-patient exam, roof repair — not a brand campaign dumped onto the homepage.
The lander matches the ad
Headline and URL name the same job. Google Business Profile says it too, where it is relevant. That path is also the SEO target — local SEO sits on the same URL.
An event on the page
The form fires. A call click only if that number is live. GA4, ads, and the site event stay one picture.
Weekly keep, cut, or rewrite
If the creative or the offer is the bottleneck, we say so. We will not keep spend to fill a report.
Google first, Meta when it fits
High-intent services start in Google Ads. Meta when the offer is visual or booked ahead — hospitality, elective, a clinic people choose with their eyes. Local Service Ads only if they fit the trade; we will say so on the call.
Paid cannot fix a slow leftover theme, a form that does not fire, a wrong offer, or a service area the page cannot defend. That is a site that can take the click first. Search can sit on the same URL while organic catches up.
Fit
A clear offer, and spend in an account you own.
A page — or a rebuild planned. Same pattern for San Diego trades, San Diego clinics, hospitality, and professional services.
Not this
Not 200 leads next week at a promised cost. Not a slide that exists to keep spend. Not an agency login you cannot see. If you will not share the ads account, we cannot do the work.
Before you buy the click
Why not send ads to the homepage?
A homepage is doing five jobs. The ad names one. Emergency AC, a new-patient visit, and roof repair each need their own path — the same URL organic can rank. If the click lands on /, you cannot tell whether the creative or the offer failed.
Who owns the ads account?
You do. We work in an account in your name. We will not hide the login or hold it hostage.
Google or Meta first?
Google Ads for high-intent services — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, dental. Meta when the offer is visual or booked ahead. We will not run a channel to fill a slide.
Can paid run before a rebuild?
Only if a URL can already take the click — form event, offer on the page. If the leftover theme cannot, paid is the wrong first lane. Start with the site.
What is a form event?
A conversion recorded when someone submits the form on that lander — not a pageview, not a vanity ROAS number with no event behind it. Call clicks only if the phone on the page is live.
Do you work with operators outside San Diego?
We are based in San Diego. Most of the work is local clinics, trades, hospitality, and professional services. Remote clients who want a small senior team — and who will share the ads account — are fine.
Ready to buy the visit you sell?
Bring the ads account if it exists. If the page cannot take the click, we will send you to websites first. How the engagement runs is Discover, Position, Build, then Grow. First conversation is 30 minutes. Based in San Diego, California.
