Roofing · HVAC · Plumbing
A website and search system built for San Diego trades.
Most leftover trade sites in this city cannot take a paid click cleanly or rank for the job they actually sell. We build the URL structure and ownership model that can.
Same offer
Paid and organic point at the identical URL
Emergency AC repair, water heater replacement, and roof repair each get their own path — not a paragraph on the homepage. A Google Ad and a ranked query for the same job land on that page. The form fires. The phone is on the page.
Area pages exist when the offer is real. We do not farm thin neighborhood templates to look busy.
Start a projectFailure mode
The leftover theme that cannot take the click.
leftover theme
Looks finished. The offer is a carousel, the form does not fire, and a paid click has nowhere specific to land.
one homepage
Emergency AC, water heaters, and roof repair stuffed into a single URL. A high-intent query and an ad both land on the same homepage dump.
new look, dead paths
A rebuild that throws away indexed WordPress URLs to ship a theme. Rankings were on those paths. Redirects are the job.
WordPress rebuild
Indexed paths stay. The look can change.
Technical health and redirects first. Then the offer URLs that can convert.
Redirects
Keep what already ranks
If a WordPress path is in Search Console, it gets a 301 to the matching Next.js URL. We do not invent a new slug for taste and leave the old one 404.
Core Web Vitals
A page that can hold up
Leftover themes leak speed and events. The rebuild is Next.js you can edit later — form events, phone on the page, copy you can change after launch.

01
Domain
The site lives on your domain. We do not hold the registrar or the hosting login hostage.
02
Ads account
Google Ads and social stay in your account. We work there. You can still see spend on Monday.
03
Analytics
GA4 and Search Console stay yours. Form events and calls tie back to the URL that produced them.
FAQ
Before the first call
01
Can you rebuild a WordPress trade site without losing rankings?
Yes. The typical path is a Next.js rebuild with redirects so indexed URLs stay intact. We do not throw away paths that already rank in order to ship a new look.
02
Do paid ads and organic search use the same pages?
Yes. The offer page is the landing page. A paid click and a ranked query for the same job should hit the identical URL — emergency AC repair, water heater replacement, roof repair — not a homepage dump.
03
Who owns the site, ads, and analytics?
You do. We work in your accounts. We will not hold a domain, an ads login, or a GA4 property hostage.
04
Is this only for companies that do roofing, HVAC, and plumbing together?
No. One trade is enough. The page plan is the jobs you actually sell in San Diego, each on its own URL. Roofing, HVAC, and plumbing are the common case — not a bundle you have to buy.

How do we start?
A 30-minute conversation. Bring the offer you sell, the live site, and ads plus Search Console when they exist. Based in San Diego.
